| Yes, my past life has come back into my life!
I had moved to California in 1974 seeking fame and fortune as a songwriter and although that didn't come to pass, I did have a few songs produced and published and then came a wife and family!
Well, reality set in so I was forced to find some gainful employment and the songwriting came to a halt, however, I did amass several lyrics and recently I was able to present some of my lyrics to a number of artists and actually got a warm reception including the premier song on the new album by John-Paul Jones Group pictured below.
The inspiration for this song came from my bicycle trip that lead me to California back in 1974 where I traveled 800 miles in 8 days from Minneapolis to Sterling Colorado! It was really about leaving one life and a broken relationship behind and heading for a new future!
