"We'll never know the worth of water till the well goes dry." I guess that goes along with the line in an old popular song - "we don't know what we've got till it's gone" by Joni Mitchell.
So you say, what's the point - well, in terms of money, we may not understand what real money is until we've lost all the value in our existing fiat currency called the U.S. Dollar.
At the rate our government is deciding to print money, the power is being depleted daily so many smart people are turning to "real" money - which is gold and silver!
