Given the time it is taking to get this project off the ground, some people may wish to opt out of the farm lease arrangement for financial or other personal reasons.
We understand the frustration of not seeing any income from our farm leases to date. Everyone, including UPAG has never done exactly this kind of project before. It is a first for everyone. So, there is a learning curve for all of us who are involved.
Building a successful business also takes time.
However, it may not be fast enough for some people who have financial pressures.
Therefore, we have decided to help find buyers for those who wish to sell their farm lease inventory.
Of course, the main person responsible to sell your inventory is YOU.
However, we will do our best to help.

SUMMARY
Good things take time, sometimes longer than expected. Sometimes there are 'issues' that come up, including technical glitches and so on, that slow things down. Sometimes, 'gnats' show up when you least expect them!
To be sure, UPAG is helping GNGS slowly ramp up their operations to eventually take it over completely.
UPAG will certainly continue to help GNGS secure the Big Box chain contracts.
Of course, Big Box clients like to see that the farm is delivering product to a happy customer base.
This is where supporting GNGS comes in.
GNGS will get produce moving and help create a history of product delivery that will encourage the Big Box clients to sign those contracts all the quicker.
We appreciate everyone who is supporting this project and also understand that this is taking longer than projected. So, please feel free to opt out if you must and we will do our best to find buyers for your inventory.
