Are you struggling to land clients?
I just wanted to send you this quick 'go too' checklist for a 90 Day Sprint.
6 STEP MARKETING PLAN
1) Work out who your target avatar is going to be. If you can't narrow it down to ONE, then pick no more than 3 ideal client types.
2) Work out want outcome you want to achieve at the end of this 90 day sprint. Will it be X amount of income, or X amount of new clients etc.
3) What is your starting budget and what resources do you currently have in place that you can already leverage?
This could be Time, Capability, Staff, Knowledge, Existing Collaborating Relationships etc.
4) Look at what point you are starting from (Point A). What systems and processes do you already have in place?
This could be anything from Social Profiles, Websites, Landing Pages, Email Marketing, Lead Lists, Databases, Programs, Products.
5) Write up your main priorities for the next 90 days. Work out your main focus, best platform to generate your leads and write a checklist.
6) Think about tracking your metrics. What are you going to track and how are you going to track and record them. Work out what is currently working and what is not.
Finally, make a commitment that you will stick to the process, create a daily routine and take massive action.
By the end of the 90 day sprint (even earlier) you will see huge results and really start to build that momentum.
