Why dic Patrick and Ingrid choose to receive treatment in Crete for a third time?
Two years ago, Patrick made an emergency call to us saying he had lost his front upper crown. He was worried that the missing tooth would ruin both his holiday fun, and all of the sun drenched holiday photos. Not to mention our super Cretan food.
I was able to see him straight away to assess the situation.
Patrick says “I found GDA on the internet, and called and emailed hoping to find a solution. I was greeted by very friendly people who spoke perfect English. Just a few hours later I was at the clinic and being looked after. After discovering exactly what the all-inclusive costs would be, I opted to replace both of my upper centre crowns, knowing the second might soon fail. I thought it very prudent to do the second tooth at the same time (as the fees were about a third of UK private costs.)
At the time we were staying in Rethymnon, but drove about 100Km further down the coast to Hersonissos, simply because of the professional GDA website and email and phone response we got. It was one of the best things we did, because the coastal scenery en-route was breath-taking! ”
We worked with Patrick to fit his appointments around his holiday sightseeing and excursions. For completing crowns we needed about 10 days
Patrick continues “The GDA office and clinic is about a 2 minute walk from the restaurants and seafront at Hersonissos. So I could put down my coffee, walk to my appointment and be in the chair without a worry over lost time! The care was absolutely meticulous and pain free, and I personally believe better than private dental care in the UK. As soon as my wife saw the results, she wanted her own dental work to be revised.”
Some months later on a return visit to Crete, Patrick made an appointment for his beautiful Norwegian wife Ingrid, who had decided to update her ugly National Health front crown. To be honest, it was the wrong colour, shape and size. We worked with her to make a perfect natural and symmetrical smile.
Ingy says “I hated the original UK crown, and would subconsciously cover my smile. GDA and Dr George and his team were wonderful. The new crown is perfect. You cannot tell it is not a natural tooth”
On 30th of April 2017, Patrick and Ingrid are returning to us for their third visit. I am deeply honored by their trust.
I think this is a wonderful testament to our work. Returning patients say so much about our values.
Patrick explains “My lower teeth are a complete mess. They are misaligned, worn down and embarrassing. I made a decision to return to GDA for the very necessary complex treatment needed. I have complete faith in the impeccable care and attention from Dr George, in fact I wouldn’t go anywhere else whatever the problem! I simply couldn’t afford to get this done at home”
