SCOTUS upholds stay on OSHA's vaccine mandate
Today, SCOTUS in a unanimous agreement decision issued a stay on the OSHA COVID-19 vaccination emergency temporary standard mandate.
In another decision, SCOTUS issued a separate unanimous agreement opinion eliminated the injunctions placed on a vaccination mandate for healthcare workers that was issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service.
