This workshop will assist leaders and managers who want to improve their ability to identify and achieve strategic business results while meeting their personal performance objectives.
Techniques that will be introduced include:- Recognizing the significant differences between an operational management and strategic leadership approach
- Developing and leading your team utilizing a strategic framework model
- Drafting your team's mission and vision statements
- Creating strategic initiatives for your team by utilizing a SWOT Analysis, an Importance/Performance Matrix, Customer Report Card and other practical, strategic tools
- Using multiple means of gaining feedback from your team's internal and/or external customers
