David is an Attorney with Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete LLP. David works and helps guide clients through the stressful process of litigation, with particular focus on Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Fair Labor Standards Act matters. In addition, David works with organizations on a wide variety of employment matters, including hiring and firing decisions, severance agreements, employee handbooks, employee discipline processes and decisions, wage and hour laws, non-compete agreements and compliance with state and local statutes and regulations. David learns about his clients' industries to better understand the complexities of their problems and craft practical solutions.
