Patricia-Anne represents employers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters. She counsels and defends employers, in actions brought under state common law and federal law, including Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, FLSA, and FMLA. She advises clients on a range of practical management and employers issues such as hiring and termination, disability and leave issues, employment policies and practice, employment agreements and separation agreement. Patricia-Anne received a BBA from Mercer University and the JD law degree from Mercer University School of Law. |
