Spring Garden Greetings!
In our daily dog walks, and working around our property, we're enjoying seeing all the plants springing up and even the weeds, because we know that so many of them have all kinds of edible and medicinal benefits.
In fact, we were just observing that it would be easier to create a list of non-edible and/or non-medicinal, because there are just so many plants all around us with so many benefits for food and medicine.
So we've been dug into the research on these things, and today's pervasive wild plant is honeysuckle. We were delighted in the discovery of many scientifically proven medicinal benefits of honeysuckle.
We hope you enjoy and if you're using honeysuckle for anything we'd enjoy hearing about it, or any other plant or garden related area of interest!
Meanwhile, while seedlings are growing on, Coleman is working on replacing rotten boards from our front deck. The spring maple colors are so fresh and vivid!
Happy Gardening!
