Subject: Hardiness, Heat, & Soil Temps

Greetings Friend!

Sharing a few resources, should you be interested or in need. We learned a few things that we didn't know that we didn't know as we researched these topics, so sharing here in case you're interested:

Hardiness Zones Map (learned a few new snippets)

Heat Zone Map (yes... there's a map for heat tolerance that too!)

Soil Temperatures (we were using the wrong tool!)

And one more new article on Growing Basil Indoors. As you may recall from our last email, we've been on a basil spree, from basil microgreens to basil seeds benefits and uses.

And we're already planting some basil in pots so that we can continue to grow it indoors in winter.

If you're growing basil indoors winter, we'd love to hear how it's doing and if you're using grow lights, or have enough of a sunny window.

We have a bank of southern-facing windows, but as you can imagine (maybe it's the same for you..?), all the plants are fighting for the sunny window space.

We're gradually increasing the indoor edibles over just ornamentals. But I love the indoor jungle we end up with, so that's my office place.

All for now.

Wishing you a restful night and a beautiful day!
