Garden Greetings!
Have you started any early spring crops? And are you growing radicchio? We have some growing and want to grow more. 👨🏻🌾
Can't wait for when we have more gardening space. It's a work-in-progress! Meanwhile, grateful for what we can do, so we're counting blessings over bothers. 😇
We love that radicchios are perennials. If you have experience growing these on year after year, we'd love to hear from your experience of how they're lasting and producing year after year.
We were amazed that our radicchio heads even survived several nights in a row of below freezing temps. Not happily, because the leaves weren't as vibrant, but sufficiently to rebound now that we're heading back into more warming trends, and without losing any of the edible leaves.
Here's our new article on growing radicchio. If you have any direct or varied experience on this plant, we'd love to hear about it.
Wishing you an early spring!
