Sunday Greetings, Gardener!

SPRING IN FULL SWING!!
We should all be in full on spring mode by now. Hoping you’re enjoying the wonders and solace of your garden and plants and new life bursting forth everywhere.

GARDENING AND IMMUNITY
One of the very best things for our health and immunity is gardening! Gardening provides exercise, fresh air, sunshine for vitamin D, and the freshest and healthiest food on the planet. That plus the birds and bees, flowers and trees all conspire to make the garden a happy place.

GRATEFUL FOR THE GARDEN!
The other simple but incredibly powerful thing for health, immunity and peace of mind, is gratitude. Everyday we reflect on the many blessings, in the garden and beyond and are so grateful to be able to grow our own food.

DELICIOUS SUGAR SNAP PEAS
We are delighting in the early spring harvest of sugar snap peas. In fact I wish I had planted more. They’re so good it can be hard not to just eat them almost as fast as I pick them! This year, we planted a row of “Sugar Ann” along with “Sugar Magnolia Tendril” and have employed a better trellis system.

TAKE CARE AND STAY OPTIMISTIC!
Gardeners tend to be optimistic sort, so take care and keep your thoughts on the bright side of life. Trust that all will soon be well for fear and worrying never did anybody any good. What will be, will be, meanwhile we do the best we can with what we have… and in the garden, life is good and simple and whole
