Subject: GARDEN disPATCH: Dahlias and Cukes

Super Sunday, Sunshine!

July’s heat is making itself known along with the mosquitoes, although those haven’t been as bad as last year so far in our area.

We have more to write about than time to write. LeAura was just saying today as we walked the dogs that she wished she could write while walking and gardening. :-)

So this is another short update, and as always, we’d love to hear yours.

Cucumbers are coming in this week and are tasting oh so sweet and not at all bitter.
If yours are bitter, this may help.

GARDEN FLOWERS
The garden flowers are wonderful and some are making their way into vases indoors, such as Dahlias are in bloom. They’re so rich in hues and offer a stunning display of blooms throughout the summer.
