GREETINGS GARDENER!

This week we planted a few more perennial vegetables in our woodland garden. These are a bit more on the rare side, and we’re really excited to see how it goes. One in particular has the potential as a crop to grow to sell. We’re still doing the research on it and will write up an article to share  next Sunday.

How’s your garden sowing, planting or planning going so far? You can see our years of garden plans here, and some favorite planning guides, books and apps, including the one we’ve used since 2016.

BUTTERFLY BUSH VARIETIES, PRUNING & CARE

Butterfly bushes are a landscape and gardening asset, bringing both beauty and pollinators. You can read more on butterfly bush varieties, pruning and care here.

By the way... do you know what a "flock of butterflies" is called? (Answer is below).

Feel free to share your butterfly bush photos and tips. We always enjoy seeing them and hearing from you.

May your garden dreams blossom into beauty and bounty!
