At our event last year, keynote speaker Jason Clay from WWF insisted, "The next revolution in food production will be built on the interchange of expertise and ideas from a much wider network of thinkers, innovators, explorers and entrepreneurs." If interchange is the key concept here, Nature can teach us a lot about cross-pollination!
