Limitations On Customers In The Store We are allowing no more than 4 customers in the store at any time. Please understand that this is a necessary precaution to keep our staff members safe, healthy, and comfortable. Below are recommendations to help us reduce foot traffic and make this an easy transition. We strongly encourage you to call us before your visit. This will help us manage customer traffic, prepare an order, ready your repair, or answer any questions. If you’re looking for a bicycle or product that may require an extended conversation, we encourage you to schedule an appointment with a staff member.
Pay for your bicycle repair over the phone. Once your repair is paid, we will happily bring your bike out to your car for a curbside pickup. We will be calling all customers upon completion of their repair to offer this service.
Please give our staff space. We are mandating our staff keep a safe distance from clients throughout all interactions. Please help our employees feel comfortable and respond in kind.
Please call us to book your bicycle service. The best way to have your bicycle serviced is to call ahead. We'll get everything organized for a smooth drop off. When your repair is complete, we ask that you pay over the phone. You can then pickup your freshly serviced bike!
Pre-Shop Online. We are encouraging customers to shop online and select curbside pickup. If we can fully accommodate your needs without stepping into our store, we are happy to do so! Call ahead, we’ll prepare your order so it is ready when you arrive.
Mobile Service Packages. We are encouraging our clients to take advantage of our mobile service options. We’re offering door to door service for repairs and new bicycle deliveries.
Following these protocols takes time. Although we're busier than ever, everything takes a little bit longer in order to maintain our high standards of customer service. Service turnaround may be slightly delayed, but we are working to give customers accurate ETA's on all repairs.
