Subject: Why the most coachable people win...

How many times do you say "If I could only go back in time I would do this" (or do it differently)...

There's a reason for this:

Because as coaches there's no one we'd trust more than ourselves to give us the right answers...

And yet...hindsight is 20/20:

We're often given good advice that we don't have the foresight to see pan out correctly...

The most coachable people in the world are the most successful...

They once took a professional archer, blind folded him, and then moved a target...

Then told told him where it was...

It took a few tries, but he ultimately hit it once he relied on the verbal instructions he was given on where the target was...

His built in skill aided him...but it was his willingness to be coached that allowed him to hit it...

Ask yourself:

If you could see a target and just had to perfect it with a professional...

would you ever stop trying if you knew you could hit it?

Why?

Because the most easily coached are the ones who win...

They just time to develop the skills.
