As online professionals, we often get lost in producing the best outcome for our clients. We become so consumed with the process of creating for our clients that we forget to create for ourselves.
And while online professionals are arguably the most valuable professionals for humans, we get tied up in doubt. We question our value to excess.
And it could cripple our progress.
Imposter’s syndrome makes us question our place in the online space. It makes us question our credentials, and our ability to help people.
And it can impact the results we see in business.
Because many of us believe in ourselves AFTER we see success.
But it can’t be that way.
Because the beliefs we hold about ourselves affect the quality of people we
serve.
And if we want clients who show up and give it their all. If we want clients
that are as hungry for change as we are. Then we must have a mindset that aligns with that.
Ultimately, to do anything big in life, we have to overcome the opinions of
others and ourselves.
We do that by having a massive amount of self-belief.
Because, with anything in life, there will be naysayers. The people who can’t
dream big dreams of their own but know how to knock down others.
So if growing and scaling, without limits, is what you’re after. If you know
you have a calling to help people. If you’re prepared to do the
work required to be successful.
Then you and I should talk about whether we can work together.
