The "S" quadrant...

The one only 5% are in that the 95% wish they were in too...

...till they realize what actually is involved:

These are the "Self Employed" workers of the world...

Ones which have larger salaries and don't have a boss to report to...

But also don't have time freedom just much more work:

They wear all the hats:

• Getting customers to purchase their products and services,
  

• Doing the technical work they provide as a service
  

• Preparing all the financial documentation come tax time

In many cases these folks end up unhappy because of burnout and not being able to do the technical work they like in the first place...

Many give up and often join the employee ranks again...

There are 2 better quadrants to be in...

And other options that combine the best of the 4...
