So I respect your opinions...

One thing my Mom told me when I was young was that she hated MVP awards...

She won a few...but she told me that it was a TEAM effort that matters...

Honoring ONE person above others means that the rest of the people get ignored...

I adopted this principle to management when I worked it: I had all my staff give feedback...
