I never let anyone into my life who does this:

Because the consequences of doing so can be devastating...

There are certain phrases I never allow anyone to say to me...

There are obvious ones like: "I'm not good enough", "Bad things always happen to me", "There's no use" etc.

But in my mind...the single most disempowering phrase is this:

"I Can't"

Seems so obvious, doesn't it?

But if I ask people what really stands between them and their dreams...it almost always is that answer...

(Test yourself right now for what you want most badly...if you're the one who has to get it for yourself...why aren't you able to?)

Even the words "I won't" signify a commitment...to be resolute not to do something...

But when someone says I can't...action isn't taken...but the desire remains...

The next time someone asks you what you want and you decide you're going after it...

Say "You Will"...

Once you start there, go and say "I'm going after what I want...I'm not stopping till I get it"...

Because if you can't...

Then you won't...
