Become a manager.

Managers are everywhere...

You find them in banks, grocery stores, and offices...

They run the show when the owners are gone...

How success is created:

They are at the top of the employment food chain with more power and more responsibility...

It's one of the highest-paying professions in fact because leading large teams and organizations isn't easy...

You answer to everyone and to no one, so it isn't as much power as you think...

What you should consider:

If you're an introvert, you can pretty much scratch this one off the list...

They're paid well...and yet ironically staff can out-earn them...

Some servers earned more than the managers...

When some servers don't show up for work, it's on the managers who are always on call, weekdays and weekends sometimes working 90 hours a week...

Suffice it to say, this is a career choice for the few, not the many...

In my mind though...better than being a rank-and-file employee if you can handle that level of pressure...
