That moment when I signed it...



I was super excited when I did...but that's when I was the most nervous too...



It was the moment I signed the form and bought my first house...



It was a fixer up to be sure...(still is)



Even if I had:


• Rotten patio wood
• A dishwasher that malfunctions
• 40 year old infrastructure

But I got it fixed...I paid my dues for it...



Life is like that house...if we level up and put in the work...then we finally get what we want...



If we don't...then we get what we deserve...



We've all heard of buyer's remorse....no one has INVESTOR'S remorse do they?
