My name is Florence R. Rickards and I have devoted most of my life - over 30 years in fact, to assisting hundreds of organizations and thousands of people from age 17 to 80, from all walks of life and all different backgrounds, from all over the globe, to create a vision, achieve their biggest goals, accelerate their results, create richer, more fulfilling lives, and REALIZE THEIR DREAMS! How can I say that with such confidence, such certainty, you might ask? Well, I can say it with such confidence and gusto because of the incredible life I have lived, the overwhelming odds, circumstances and challenges I have faced and overcome and the thousands of other people I have helped and witnessed do the same. I personally have two Black Belts - one in Success and the other in Failure! I know that to succeed in life, you've got to be in the game!! You have to be up at bat. To become a Babe Ruth , you have to have a lot of strikes at the ball and you have to be willing to strike out! And, because my joy - my passion and purpose in life, is helping ignite the fire of the dream within you, so that you, can create and live a life you love living!
Some people live 90 years. But most people will live one year 90 times. Which one are you choosing to be? It is a choice, whether you are aware of it or not. Do you choose to live a life by by design or by default? Each and every one of us is being called to greater aliveness - to our greatest self yet to be. Just as a blade of grass will push through the cement to reach the light, you are being pulled toward your greatest self yet to be! Feel the pull. Pay attention to your longings and your discontents. Pay attention to the situations that have you feeling stuck, or hemmed in. They are telling you something! Like the blade of grass, you are being CALLED to greater aliveness...to your greatest self yet to be! And, it is those longings and discontents letting you know it.
