Subject: it's ok to take a break sometimes

Hey Friend

Have you ever felt you needed a break from your own children?

I have!

We're not supposed to be raising children alone...

In the old times and in some tribes nowadays, the children grow up with a lot of help.

Now, mothers like you are expected to be supermoms, amazing at work, do everything at home...

I'm not even going to continue with that...

Fortunately, a lot of fathers are already waking up to help out.

But two people are still not enough!

And if you want to try, you need a super mom and a super dad!

We've been raising children just the two of us for 6 years, and I know it's not easy!

Especially with so much misinformation out there...

Plus, this feminism stuff doesn't help...

Don't get me wrong, I'm all in favor of equality, but we're not equals, and every time I've tried to be a mom, I've been quickly put back in my place by my daughters.

Which means that we must also accept the differences.

I've struggled with this in the past, and when coming out of one of those dark times I wrote an article intended to help parents share the burden.

In it I share some tips for dads to bond with their babies and allow mommy to have a break or two.

If you think you could use a hand, this might help.

Talk soon,

Much love!
