While we do recommend that these be used with FPL's Lift and Slide mechanism and roller system, they are also compatible with most other manufacturers' Lift & Slide hardware.

Our crowning achievement is our Monarch Folding Lift & Slide handle, the ultimate response to cheap removable handles.

We also offer a full line of Standard, non removable Aluminum and Brass handles.

Compatibility:

All of FPL's Lift & Slide handles have the following features, making them compatible with most L&S manufacturer's mechanisms:
  • 10mm spindle
  • Standard door thickness of 2-1/4" (other door thicknesses are available on request)
  • 3.15" spread on mounting screws

Multiple Safety Features:
  • When lifting the door, the handle is designed to prevent it from coming back and damaging the glass in the door
  • The handle locks into place when put in the operating position, keeping it from falling back down while operating
  • Magnets attached behind the trim and behind the handle keep the handle in place until you need to use it

Lift & Slide System Features:
  • Mechanism with adjustable backset (27.5mm, 37.5mm, and 50mm)
  • Mechanism also features an adjustable handle height (38-9/16", or 16")
  • Roller sets are AAMA certified for up to a 1,600 lbs (725 kg) capacity
  • NO STEEL in the system; perfect for coastal homes
