Longarm Rental Certification Class

Date: Friday, October 11, 2024

Time: 10:30-4:30

Overview: Are you passionate about quilting but find yourself limited by the size and capabilities of your home sewing machine? Or maybe you’re dreaming of finishing your quilts with professional-quality designs but aren’t ready to invest in a longarm machine of your own? If so, longarm rental might be the perfect solution for you!

Serger Basic ² Class

Date: Saturday, October 12, 2024

Time: 10:00-5:00

Overview: Ready to take your serging skills up a notch? Our Next Level Beginning Serger Class is designed for those who have mastered the basics and are eager to explore more advanced techniques. In this class, you’ll build on your foundational knowledge, learn new stitches, and discover creative ways to use your serger for a wide range of projects.

Introduction to Sashiko Machine Stitching Class

Date: Monday, October 14, 2024

Time: 1:00-4:30

Overview: If you’re curious about the Baby Lock Sashiko machine, then this is the class for you. This unique machine, gives the impression of a traditional Sashiko stitch. Yes, you only have one stitch, but that one little stitch will amaze you.

Introduction to Quilt Piecing Class

Date: Monday, October 22 - 24, 2024

Time: 10:30-12:30 each day

Overview: Are you wanting to start quilting? This is the perfect class for you!

The class will teach you basic skills with domestic sewing machine including fabric selection, cutting techniques, and placement and sewing. Please plan to bring your machine or let us know if you will need to rent one of ours.

Reminder: Every 2nd Saturday, CI Tina Lueders is available to help you with your Judy Niemeyer / Quiltworx quilts!
