| Dear City Center West Orange's Investors:
As you all probably heard, hurricane Irma struck in many portions of Florida, hugely impacting areas like Key West, Miami and some towns on the West Coast of Florida.
The main effects of Irma have been mostly related to power outages, flooding and many trees and branches falling to the ground.
Orlando, although felt some effects of the hurricane, it was not as impacted as the above mentioned areas. And fortunately, the City Center construction site has not reported any major impact, other than some pipes that have to be dug out from the ground and general clean-up.
Therefore, the Developer is not anticipating any significant construction delays.
