Foi registrado hoje no Federal Register (link abaixo) as novas regras para o programa EB-5. Uma delas é o aumento do valor mínimo de investimento para 900,000 mil dólares.
Esta e outras regras serão efetivadas para todas as petições recebidas a partir do dia 21 de novembro próximo. Portanto teremos somente menos de 4 meses para os que querem aproveitar o valor anterior de 500 mil dólares.
Será agora ou nunca (ou mais caro mais tarde!) para quem quiser aplicar para o EB-5.
