It's Dave the Founder & Creator of Flipper Force and I just wanted to give you a quick update on our FlipperForce software.
Based upon your feedback for the past few weeks we have been updating the software, fixing bugs and making enhancements.
New Features
We just launched our new Investment Report Builder, which allows you to create a Project Investment Report that you can give to your business partners and lenders to get funding for your rehab...so if you haven't seen that go log-in and let me know what you think!

Software Roadmap
On our blog, I just posted an update to our Software Roadmap which discusses what we've completed, what we've been working on and what we are planning on building in the future.
Over the course of the next few weeks our main focus and priority will be on 'Templating' which will give you the ability to create, save & edit templates for the Repair Estimator, Scheduler & Scope of Work builder.
This will allow you to save multiple Estimate Templates, Schedule Templates, & SOW notes that will save you time on future projects.
Feature Requests
We want our development process to be as collaborative as possible so we can prioritize our development and build the tools you actually want and need. So far we have received valuable feedback & suggestions from our users which is helping sculpt our future Software Roadmap.

Software development is all about iterations and incremental improvements over time. With your help our software is getting better, day-by-day. Over the course of the next few weeks & months our software will continue to improve with new tools, features & enhancements in our quest to become the best house flipping software on the market.
