Our Project Scheduler now includes 3 Starter Templates that you can use to help you get started!
- Gut Rehab Schedule Template
- Cosmetic Rehab Schedule Template
- New Construction Schedule Template
These schedule Starter Templates include a detailed list of major rehab tasks and milestones, as well as approximate durations, dependencies & connections.
Once you load in a Schedule Starter Template you can customize the task descriptions, order of operations and durations as needed for your specific project.

What's Next?
We are getting very, very close to officially launching the software and only have a few more items on our development list. Here's what we are working on next:
- Zillow API - Automatically pull-in property data (beds, baths, SF, lot size, home details, neighborhood details)
- Load Times - We will be working on some performance issues to increase the speed of load times
- User Management - Ability to add multiple users to your account and manage and restrict user access to certain tools and features.
- Miscellaneous Enhancements - We've got a pile of miscellaneous small feature improvements and tweaks that will enhance usability.
