Subject: "Old school" secret to brute strength (50% off + 35% cash back!)

I'll give you a hint as to what that secret is...

Yep, the REAL key to building brute strength that doesn't fade over time is structural training... (including heavy supports and partials)...

...training that targets your connective tissue and bones.

This is a concept that I've been using myself (and talking about) literally for almost 30 years.

This kind of training often gets a bad rap from the "range of motion police" because they don't understand the true goal and nature of it.

It LOOKS like ego lifting...like you're just trying to use a lot of weight to impress people or look like you're strong.

That completely misses the point.

Structural training is VERY different from muscle tissue training for two reasons...

First, your connective tissue is MUCH stronger than your muscle tissue...it requires heavier loads to see substantial increases in strength. Therefore the weights you use have to be a lot bigger (hence the shorter range of motion).

Second, connective tissue strength take much LONGER to develop. Because muscle tissue has a much greater blood supply, it can process nutrients faster than connective tissue.

However, this also means that, once developed, connective tissue strength LASTS much longer than muscle strength and size.

The old-time strongmen knew this and oriented a lot of their training to heavy supports and short range lifts with incredibly heavy weight.

When done correctly, it's some of the SAFEST training you can do.

While super heavy lifts like I show above look dangerous, it took me YEARS to build up to the point of being able to do that...

...and I can still lift that much weight to this very day (at age 48), even when I only do heavy supports like this a couple of times a year.

THAT is definition of persistent strength in connective tissue.

The key is smart training with tight form and progressive resistance.

How do you learn to train like this correctly?

I've got a GREAT resource for you that spells it all out.

It was put together by a good friend of mine, Logan Christopher... (this is a picture of him doing a wrestlers bridge with some extra help!)

Logan has done some incredble feats of strength that you totally wouldn't think he could do without breaking in half if you saw him in person.

  • Pulled a Fire Truck by his Hair
  • Rack Pulled Over 1000 lbs.
  • Over 1000 lbs Support in Wrestler’s Bridge
  • 175 lb. Bent Press

And it's primarily because of his strong focus on structural training.

His book is called "Strengthen Your Structure"...and it is a FANTASTIC introduction to training your connective tissue.

If you've ever been interested in doing training like this and building real long-term strength, this is something you'll definitely want to pick up.

Just like my books, there's zero fluff in it...it's all about how to get the job done (include 2 hours of video training for the exercises and techniques).

And right now (for the next few days only), you can get it for 50% off.

Bottom line, this is the kind of training that creates real, persistent changes in your internal structure...the kind of training that literally rebuilds you from the inside out.

It creates the kind of deep, "old man" strength that causes jaws to drop when you bring it out.

Normal weight training is great but it will not get the job done for this.

THIS is the type of training you need.
