| | We Need Your Help!
The Fall season of charitable giving is now upon us!
Throughout the fall, FFGW needs folks to represent the rescue at various informational events at federal offices for the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) and United Way - to hand out literature and answer questions about our mission. CFC donations are a significant source of funds for FFGW, and attending as many of these events as possible greatly boosts donations when federal employees designate charities for their giving. These events come up with a few days notice, and we're putting together a team to attend them. We'll prepare you with everything you need to know, and our hope is that with enough people each volunteer will need to attend only a small number of events. Even going to one event for us will help greatly increase our reach!
If you like people, love animals, and have a couple of mornings to spare, we hope you'll help teach the word of rescue with us! Just reply to this newsletter. Thanks! |
