• An experience that you can do from the comfort of your home. You shouldn’t have to escape your home to find peace, balance, and joy.  You’ll learn the tools to find restoration and rejuvenation wherever you are – including being cozied up in your own home.

• 15 teachers weaving together a very carefully crafted experience. Both days will be filled with movement, mindfulness, and good food … not to mention prizes for live participants. You will learn new tools and have planning time, so you feel relaxed, fully resourced and ready for your December and journey into 2023.

• A live high-value retreat for free. All classes will happen on Zoom in real time. And movement, breaks, and time to implement what you learn are built into these days.
