Reconnect with nature
To reconnect with nature make sure all rooms and areas in your home have at least one good view or representation of nature.
If you lack windows or don't have a good view, add images of flowers, beautiful gardens and landscapes.
You would think the above would be easy to do. However, I see people make many mistakes in their choices of artwork that depicts nature.
For example, someone may place a painting of a lonely dead tree because the image overall has good colors. Someone else might place an image of an ocean storm because they love blues. Yet images like those would make you afraid of nature instead of connected with nature.
I have curated a collection of good images to help you tune in to nature. These are:
Photographs that my kids and I took together while on family outings. 💖 Reproductions of oil paintings that I painted with Feng Shui in mind. 🌺 Reproductions of watercolors my children painted as illustrations for my upcoming book The Green House, which is all about connecting with nature. 😊
See them here. You can get these as photographic prints, art prints, canvas prints and even metal prints. There's all sorts of sizes and prices, even postcards, so no room in your home makes you feel disconnected from nature. |
