Last week I shared with you about how for the past 19 years I have been using wealth posters rather than vision boards to set my material goals.

A wealth poster works really well for manifesting material objects, things you want to get, because it’s easy to find pictures of the exact thing you want.

Images don’t work so well to manifest things that are intangible or harder to explain through pictures.

Here's the problem... 

For example, if a woman pastes a photo of a wedding on her poster, is she asking to get married or to be invited to weddings? 

If she pastes an image of a wedding ring, how would the universe know whether she’s asking for the ring itself or for the perfect partner with whom to share her life?

Another example: say you want to take your family on vacation to Hawaii and you cut out a photo of a hotel where you would like to stay. The photo is of the pool area. This can be confusing. Are you asking for a pool? Are you asking for the beach chairs? Or perhaps the umbrella?

So maybe, to be clearer, you paste a photo of luggage with stickers that say Hawaii on top of it. Still confusing. You may end up, at the end of the year, with that exact type of luggage, but no vacation to Hawaii. 

It's like playing charades with the Universe!

Sometimes words work better than images...

When asking the Universe for intangible things, it's not true that "a picture is worth a thousand words." In this case, pictures are confusing.

It would be much easier, for this purpose, to just use words:

“This year, 2022, our family wants to go on vacation to Hawaii and stay at the Hotel Wailea.” No confusion there. 

You see the difference?
