Wouldn’t it be nice if everything would be different just because our calendars have switched from 2020 to 2021? Yet a virus doesn’t care that it’s a new year, and politicians haven’t suddenly become smarter than they were a few days ago. But still, the beginning of a new year is an opportunity for each of us to start anew, to make new plans, new purposes. A year like 2020 is hard to shake. Do you want to break with all the negativity of the past year? On Thursday I did a release and renew ritual with participants of the Feng Shui Dream Home Creation Lab to help them let go of all the fear, the anger, the sorrows, and the worries of last year. This ritual follows an unwinding process and a rewinding process by using the five elements (water - wood - fire - earth - metal). Originally, I wasn't going to share this ritual with anyone else.
