The problem was that they were all really sad. After a few seconds of looking at these paintings, I felt a little bit like crying.Â
I encountered paintings by this artist in many of the homes I visited for consultations. When I asked the home owners what kind of feeling they got from looking at the painting they said “lonely,” “sad,” “worried."
Even though the paintings themselves were beautiful, the feelings they evoked weren’t positive.Â
The fourth component of good Feng Shui is MEANING.Â
Your home could be beautiful, comfortable and full of good energy and still have bad Feng Shui, if you have items in your place that elicit sad feelings, or make you feel worried, or stressed out.
That’s why it’s so important to do Feng Shui with guidance, instead of trying to do it alone.Â
Next week I’m starting a series where I’ll be teaching you about the secret meanings of many of the common objects you keep in your home. My emails on Wednesdays are going to be fun, informative and full of good energy. And they are also going to be full of meaning.
You don’t have to register. As long as you are receiving my emails, you’re already on. This is knowledge I haven’t shared before, not even in my Feng Shui Consultant Training.Â
I’m going to be sharing this information with you because I want to celebrate you as you turn your current home into a dream home!Â
