In Feng Shui there's a life area that represents your relationship with your father. It's life area 6 — Helpful People, Spiritual Life and Travel.
This is also the life area where you activate the religious and spiritual aspects of your life.
If you had a fantastic dad, you probably have a good relationship with God — the Heavenly Father.
If you had a difficult relationship with him, or if he was absent, you may have a "father wound." Some life areas may be weak for you because you didn't develop a proper bond with the person who needed to be your hero and your protector.
Mostly, this affects life area 6, mentioned above, and the life area at the other end of the bagua map from this one, life area 4 — Wealth, Prosperity and Self Worth.
