So, I wanted to share some tips to help you achieve your body goals in the next few weeks.
- Pick ONE goal. Focus is everything. Pick one goal and see that to completion before you switch to another goal.
- Break it (goal) down. Once you’ve picked a goal, break it down. So, if your goal is to lose 50 lbs, break it down into 5-10 lb chunks. 5-10 lbs is less daunting than 50 lbs.
It’s also something you can achieve within a few weeks, this will help keep you motivated as you see progress happening.
- Set a deadline. If you don’t have a deadline, it’s very easy to become complacent and lose urgency (Parkinson’s Law). Having a deadline in mind keeps you focused.
