Individualized Academic Plan. This plan is aimed at helping participants prepare for college at any level; whether you’re in middle school, high school, or an adult working to get your GED, there is something for everyone!
All you have to do is click on the link, identify your group (i.e. middle school, high school, etc.) and your own personal academic plan will pop up right in front of you!
Your plan will include action steps for you to take throughout the school year and our goals for you as a participant. In addition, the IAP includes a section to sign up for personalized appointments with your counselor and a schedule to keep up with all of our upcoming events!
