It's time to breathe, Friend
Life happens one breath at a time. However, sometimes we FORGET to breathe. Our lungs may be moving and our heart is beating, but we are so busy that we forget to FOCUS. We forget to focus on ourselves, our bodies, and our needs.
This session is designed to help you take a moment to BREATHE. During this hour you will be presented with tools to help you tune out the noise around you so that you can tune into your body and self. The best thing about it is that you can join us from ANYWHERE in the world because the session is live online via Zoom. We will be connecting in a private room via webcam, giving you the opportunity to watch, participate, and talk with us LIVE!

The Host: Ivy Felicia, Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, and Body Peace Expert will share wellness insights from a weight-neutral perspective that will help you get started with self-care and body connection right away.
The Co-Host: Karissa, 200hr Yoga and Meditative Teacher will lead a gentle, restorative yoga session designed for women with larger bodies that will help you learn how to uses poses and props to make yoga work for you.
