Dear Families,
Imagine growing up in a poverty-stricken family in Communist China, having financial and political aspirations, and taking part in the Tiananmen Square protest. After that historic event, Bob Fu was labeled an “instigator of unrest” by the government. The designation brought him to public shame, leading to despair and his almost committing suicide. This was the backdrop for young Bob Fu. This same backdrop also became the means that led him to open his heart to the living God Who says that “if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” (II Corinthians 5:17). |
