1. Be authentic in your message - If the message you are presenting is not something that is original to you, there is an immediate loss of credibility.
2. Be consistent – Being consistent in your message and appearance
[this does not necessarily mean your face] builds a “stickiness” that comes with familiarity.
It creates a atmosphere of trust.. Your audience believes you and feels safe knowing what they can expect..
