By the time you're done working, you're mentally drained and you just can't focus.

You might turn on the tube or fire up your favorite sports team highlights, instead of building an affiliate income steam.

This is normal and very common.

And it's called mental fatigue. It's virtually impossible to overcome, unless you're unusually highly-energetic person (which most of us are not).

The best way to deal with this issue is to get what's know as a

This way you can gradually transition into online marketing over time.
