In my own studio, I had a very specific process for preventing summer absences.

This process (which I’m going to share with you today) had several benefits:

Kept my summer income high
Actually contributed to a lot of last minute camp enrollments
Was simple to execute
Helped to set my summer schedule in an orderly and systematic fashion

This method will raise your retention whether you have 20 students or 500 students.

One last thing…

While this works for both private lessons and group studios… it is so much easier to use this method when you use group lessons.
