As of May, Piano Express added a new team member.

We now have a dedicated “Client Success Coach”...

His name is Jared and his sole job is to be a resource to all of the studios working with us.

Here’s how Jared is helping our studio owners (and potentially you):

Helping new studios as they prepare to start group classes
Helping owners convert to group lessons and communicate the change with parents
Answering questions and solving problems for studio owners who have been teaching Piano Express for a while
Be the first line of support if there are little issues that come up (a book order is missing, questions about our Piano Express app, giving advice on scheduling difficulties, etc.)
