Subject: Day 6
Hi Friend,
The Portugal scoreline was a little harsh on Hungary. It was close for most of it before a flurry of goals at the end sealed what was a little harder than the score line suggests.
The France Germany game was tight as expected but that German goal didn't come. Unfortunately we lost that bet but we won the first one.
I am busy with the write-up for the first round and I will get that out to you at some stage tomorrow afternoon.
Look out for the e-mail! (Wednesday afternoon).

You will notice that we have gone for both teams to score in all of these matches.
If 2 of the 3 win, we're making good profit. Tomorrow we will be doing an accumulator or two.
ANALYSIS - FINLAND v RUSSIA
Judging by the first two games these sides played, Russia were not very good in their 0-3 loss to Belgium. They play at home in this fixture again which is going to make it tough for Finland, who won their first game against Denmark albeit under extreme circumstances with the Christian Eriksen emergency.
That win should give Finland more than enough confidence against a side who has just conceded 3 which is why I think the value here is going for both teams to score. Russia will need to go for the win - Finland would be accepting of a draw. I can see both scoring and it could end 1-1 but i do think the value is in the BTTS.
We have a raised stake for this bet at 14 pounds.
ANALYIS - TURKEY v WALES
Turkey were awful in the first game against a very good Italian team. I think they'll show something more in their game against Wales. Wales will be happy with the point they took from the match against Switzerland but I think that both sides will see this as a big opportunity to take 3 points.
3 for Wales would put them on 4 and probably see them qualify for the second round. Turkey will see the win as giving them a way back into the reckoning.
I expect this to be open enough because both sides will try to impose themselves.
There is very little old history of any recent meetings. Both sides came into this tournament in form. Turkey were poor, Wales were okay - it's got 2-1 to either one written all over it in my opinion.
ANALYSIS - ITALY v SWITZERLAND
Italy were very good in their first game. They played that fixture at home and they play this fixture at home too. Italy haven't conceded in about 9 games straight but I do feel the Swiss will grab one here. I also think Italy will win. What I saw from them first game, they looked impressive.
They came into this tournament n form and it showed. So did Switzerland to be fair, but they were not as impressive as I expected them to be against Wales.
Look out for my e-mail in the afternoon
Thank you
Kind Regards
John Anthony
