ANALYSIS - ITALY v ENGLAND


This is a massive game. England without a European Championship, their last trophy in 1966, their last final in 1966.

Italy with a number of international honours. The game being played at Wembley should also favour England but they're facing a mean machine of a defence.

In the early days of this tournament, I mentioned how that '4 in the heart' of Italy are their key soliders. Donnarumma, Chiellini, Bonucci and Jorginho.

These 4 have been immense and Italy, currently on a 30+ game unbeaten run have NEVER conceded more than 1 goal in that time are going to be very difficult to break down.

I think this is going to be an immensely tight, intense game with very few goals.

England have built a solid side with some top quality in the right areas. The bench is also more powerful and I think the only downfall here can be a lack of know-how.

There is more than enough experience with half of this England side having played in Champions League finals, FA cup finals etc, but this will be a different story with a different weight of expectation.

Overall, I expect a very tight cagey, defensive affair. Our main bet is under 2.5 and if you wan to go in more on this, I recommend it.

I will be beyond shocked if we find more than 2 goals in this 90 minutes.
